DELETE YOUR DHANZO ACCOUNT

This page explains how to delete your Dhanzo account and what happens to your data. It applies to the Dhanzo app, the Dhanzo Expert app and dhanzoapp.com, operated by FutureHuman Technology Private Limited.
1. Delete your account in the app
Dhanzo app
Open Profile, tap the ⋮ menu, then tap Delete Account and send the request.
Dhanzo Expert app
Open Profile, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your request goes to the Dhanzo team, who delete your account and confirm it with you.
2. Or ask us by email
Email abhishek@dhanzoapp.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. We may contact you to confirm that the request is yours.
3. What we delete
- Your profile: name, phone number, email address and photo
- Your chats, the documents you shared and your support tickets
- For experts: your expert profile, identity verification (KYC) documents and bank details
4. What we keep
Some records must be kept by law after your account is deleted, such as invoices, payment, payout and transaction records. We keep them only for as long as the law requires, then delete or anonymise them.
5. Delete some of your data only
To delete some of your data without deleting your account (for example a document you shared), email abhishek@dhanzoapp.com and tell us what to delete.
